I've only visited a few times and the quality of the equipment was ok, if anything a little outdated. The cleanliness and general appearance of the gym was lack lustre, especially in comparison to other gyms in the area.
What was disappointing for me was the service at the reception. The receptionist should spend less time putting on make-up to emulate a drag queen and more on developing social skills and a personality. People visit a gym to feel good and/or improve themselves. Gyms can also be intimidating and overwhelming for others, this is the exact reason why it's imperative to greet members with a welcoming smile and have them not feel like they're an inconvenience or simply just a number.
